"The façade’s contemporary folded aluminum pilasters reference—and are designed to complement—the masonry pillars prevalent on the historic structures on nearby Park Avenue South. The building’s airtight glass curtain wall is symbiotic with the tall towers that are rising in the area, and its angled planes work to reflect the sky and street while amplifying views on the narrow side street. “
