We are experienced in new construction as well as in the regeneration of existing and historic structures in diversified contexts, from fringe areas to landmarked districts. Our new pivotal projects , from Harlem to SoHo, the Flatiron and Chelsea, demonstrate that we are committed to design structures that are in integral to the surrounding and always contribute to the public realm and the context at large.

We completed several renovations for and are the Architects of Record for The Redbury, the Arthouse Hotels and Yotel, all located in New York City. TRA has extensive experience with the Department of Housing Preservation Development and supporting the Property Manager in Hotels containing SRO units.

The studio’s Hospitality clients include: PMG Property Markets Group, Rockpoint, Highgate Hotels, Ironbridge NYC, Chelsea Hotels, Yotel, Monarch Realty and Soleimani Vella.
